Set up your email-in intake address
Most submissions arrive as email: a rep's note with a PDF attached. Instead of downloading the file and retyping the details into your log, forward the email to your org's intake address. CoverQueue parses it into a draft entry; you confirm it in one keystroke.
1. Find your intake address
Every org gets a private address when it's created. You'll find it in Settings → Organization, on the Intake Review screen, and in your onboarding email.

Save it as a contact called "CoverQueue Intake" so forwarding is two taps from your phone.
2. Forward a submission
Forward the rep's email (attachment included) from your own work address. Within a few seconds a draft appears in Intake Review with the fields CoverQueue could parse:
Fwd: GLASSHOUSE, Marcus Bell (WME)
✓ Title Glasshouse
✓ Source Rachel Ostrow, WME
~ Writer Marcus Bell (from title page)
~ Format Pilot
✓ high confidence ~ check me
Amber fields are low-confidence guesses; tab through and correct them before confirming. The attachment becomes the script file automatically and is hashed, so a re-sent draft links into the version chain instead of duplicating.
3. Who can forward
Only emails forwarded from a member's verified address create drafts. Anything from an unrecognized sender lands in the quarantine tab of Intake Review, where you can accept the sender or discard the message.
Automated forwarding rules (Gmail filters, Outlook rules) are not supported: the forward must come from a person's own address so the sender can be verified. This is deliberate: it keeps spoofed submissions out of your log.
Common questions
Can I change the address? Yes. Regenerate it from Settings → Organization. The old address stops working immediately.
What if the email has multiple attachments? The largest PDF is treated as the script; the rest are attached to the entry as supporting files. You can swap which one is primary during review.
Does the rep know I use CoverQueue? No. Forwarding is one-way; CoverQueue never emails the original sender.
